Neil is our dynamic Managing Director and owner of the Lazenby Group. He has 35 years experience in managing companies over a wide spectrum of industries and brings a wealth of knowledge from Services, Building, and Manufacturing sectors and is always looking for opportunities to grow the business.
Dawn has over 35 years’ experience in Senior Office Administration. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable in Sage and accounting systems and is extremely proficient in problem solving. Her approachable nature and office skills combined with her “Can Do” attitude, allows the business to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Connor is our Lead Creative/3D Product Designer. Connor has been part of the Lazenby team for over 5 years and is an integral part of the team. Connor works closely with customers, managing local and worldwide projects from conception through to completion ensuring that customer needs are always met, and more often than not, exceeded.
Dave is Lazenby Groups Project Manager. Dave has been with the Lazenby Group for 37 years, he’s an expert in all aspects of sheet metal work. Dave is heavily involved in all parts of production from design through to completion. He specialises in using our computer software systems including Radan and Inventor. Dave’s main strengths are pricing, steps, handrails, composite panels, and building great customer relationships.
Gareth has 19 years’ experience working up to be Lazenby Groups Production Manager. Starting as an Apprentice in Welding and Fabrication, Gareth has furthered his knowledge over the years. Gareth excels in all aspects of sheet metal work, but also specialises in using Radan and Inventor. Gareth always makes sure each job is completed to the highest standard. He is a first point of contact for many customers and makes sure all customer requirements and requests are fully met.
Ashley is Head of Kiosk Production and has been with the Lazenby Group since starting as an apprentice, initially being a part of the fabrication team as a welder fabricator. Ashley has a keen eye for detail and ensures every single kiosk that leaves the factory meets Lazenby Groups high standards of quality. Ashley has been with the Lazenby Group for many years now and continues to produce high quality Kiosks for our customers.
Lucy has been with Lazenby Group for over 2 years, initially starting on as a Design Engineer Apprentice, before taking a further interest in the Accounts Department and progressing to her current role full time a year ago. Lucy works alongside Dawn our Office Manager. Lucy brings positivity to the office daily and is very astute, making sure all her duties and responsibilities are completed accurately, thus ensuring the business runs smoothly. Although her apprenticeship is in Accounting, Lucy is very efficient in other practices and is always happy to help.
Lee has 30 years knowledge and experience in managing customer relationships and the delivery of large-scale product design and development projects. Lee is an expert in smart lockers, self-service kiosks solutions, visitor management and time and attendance kiosks solutions. He has delivered solutions to many industry sectors including education, logistics, transport, automotive, retail, distribution, and e-charging. Lee is responsible for Lazenby Groups UK customers.
Mel has worked in sales for nearly 30 years and prides herself on her customer relationships. Her passion towards business development and continuous improvement means she genuinely cares and wants to put all customers’ needs first. Mel also has a keen eye to develop opportunities, work on new partnerships and drive success. Mel loves to connect companies and connect people ensuring connections is at the heart of everything Mel does.
